Update

Shot 40 frames with my digital camera in Utah then packed it up and did everything on film. These two snaps aren't indicative of what's on the film but I like 'em nonetheless.

Driver wearing his fireproof head sock.

I told him he had great eyes and I think he took it the wrong way.

Brakes

I'm stoked on the film photos. Printed and scanned my contacts yesterday and things worked out better than I had hoped. Should have the project finished on the website in October or November.

3 rainy weeks in Ireland start tomorrow.

I'm out

Going away for the next month to work on two personal projects. One in Utah and the other on the west coast of Ireland.

Here's some 9 year old work prints I found other day.

Dad in upstate New York

Hopefully it'll all work out.
I'll try and post some updates in case anyone gives a shit.

Dog

I went to Esao's house a few days ago to help shoot one of his new paintings. He has a dog named Soybean.

Esao makes noises through a tube and Soybean freaks out.

He sat perfectly still for about 30 seconds with this mask on.

Everyone loves this dog.

Jeff's house

I helped my friend Jeff work on something for his publishing company.
His book collection is something else.. here's one wall..

Here he is with Mr. Whiskets

and a detail of that gnarly mouth..

Rolleiflex

I remember taking this grumpy looking photo..testing out my first Rolleiflex with a flash. I bought that camera around my 18th birthday and lost it a year later to the Atlantic Ocean.

I got another one and lost that one to the Atlantic Ocean too..Then I got another one when I was about 21 and lost that to a skateboard.

This is one of the last frames the above camera took before its journey to the deep.
