Got this sweet color IQ test from Rachel Hulin's blog. The goal is to drag and drop 4 rows of tiles into hue order. You can then find out your score...lower the better...zero is perfect. Click here to try it.
Here's my sample:
I took it twice and got a 4 both times, with the mistake being in the exact same area of green. I hate printing green so this thing must be kind of accurate.

12 , no need for a screen shot but not color blind-ill take it. 2 errors in the lower green to blue, one in upper yellow to green.
Weird. I got a four also (on a $3500 Eizo monitor) and my errors were in that same blue/green range as yours (I think that's what that means)... Must be something wrong with the test.
