My interview came out on the Pause to Begin website yesterday. David and Ethan were awesome and made a multimedia slide show to go along with my dumb ass voice. It features 20 photos from the past 6 months and one old pic from Bonneville, UT. Click on that photo below to watch it. You can also go to the link above to see a higher quality version and the series of photographs I submitted for the contest itself.
The trailer from David and Ethan's trip.
They drove 10000 miles around the country in May to visit 13 of us. I appear briefly at around the 4:30 mark looking fidgety and laughing.
Thanks also to Andy Adams for featuring my "Hotel Fire" photo this month on Flak Photo

Monument Valley High School in Arizona. I became obsessed with finding this football field after spotting a very small photo of it in a guide book. I asked about team practice and the woman told me there weren't enough kids for a team that year.
Jason has been working like crazy lately. He called me to assist him in San Diego last week.
One day we shot in an insane house on top of a hill.
This was the neighbors washing machine.
I've always liked the light in southern California more than any other place. We booked a hotel room for half a day in LA while we waited for the flight back home. The air conditioner felt good and made the curtains look like this..
The trip was fun and California makes me feel good.
